Signal Mountain Police Department sponsors our D.A.R.E. Program at Nolan Elementary. Officer Hill and Wolf were the department's first K-9 Team. Wolf retired in 2003. They had been working as a team since January, 1993. Officer Hill is the department's D.A.R.E. Instructor.
