Top magazine sellers received great prizes as motivation to sell and reach their personal and school-wide goal.

Magazine Sale

The 2005 Magazine Sale will begin Thursday, January 27, 2005 and run through Friday, February 11, 2005.

The Magazine Sale is a popular fundraiser held each year by Nolan. Please remember that profits from the magazine sale go directly to Nolan Elementary, not the PTA itself as we are funded by the Mountain Education Fund. Nolan will retain 40 cents of every dollar spent on magazine subscriptions. Make checks payable to Nolan Elementary. Participation is voluntary.

If you find that you want to support the magazine sale, but are already behind in your reading, please consider purchasing a magazine subscription to the Signal Mountain Library. You can consult with Connie Pierce at 886-7323 to choose a publication that will supplement their collection of children's periodicals.

TURN IN DAYS FOR 2005 SALE
February 2, 2005: DOUBLE DAY - All orders turned in this day will count as 2 orders toward Prize Chart prizes only.

February 8, 2005: Turn in 4 or more orders today and participate in the "Candy Scramble". Students will get to grab candy and prizes.

February 11, 2005: Secret Service Radio Day. All students turning in 4 or more orders on this day will also win a "Secret SErvice Radio."

10 order bonus: All students reaching 10 orders or more will also win a "stuffed spider" with a chance for a bonus prize. This is based on actual orders (1st day orders are not doubled for this prize.)

Turn in your Reach Out book with at least 7 names and addresses and win a "Jolly Ranchers Candy" and a "Hyper Beamer".

Limo Lunch: All students turning in $250 or more during the sale will also win a LImousine Lunch. lf you have more than one student at our school then $450 in sales as a family will win all of your students the Limo Lunch. We will have a super stretch limo come to school and take the students to eat lunch.

Great Nolan Pig Race: All students reaching $400 or more in sales will also win a mechanical pig and admission to the Great Pig Race for prizes. We will have the race at an assembly after the sale.
